We collected items ranging from dog toys to beer bottles when we joined Paul Caruana for a litter pick at Boscawen Park, Truro yesterday.

Cathie Shipwright made a delivery to the Callington base of the local charity Cornwall and Devon sending love to Ukraine. These items will arrive in time for Christmas.
Jackie Southon, President, joined 90 other volunteers on a sleep out at the Eden Project. Jackie raised £300 for St Petroc's.
We heard from the Royal British Legion that £6500 had been raised through the Poppy Appeal. We were very pleased to support them with their collections in Sainsbury's.
Evolution ramblers enjoyed a blustery walk at Carn Brea followed by Sunday Roast at the local pub.

We had a fascinating presentation from Richard Lingham at our meeting in November. Richard has had an extensive career in health and social care including being a member of the Mental Health Tribunal. His various roles brought him into direct contact with patients at the high security psychiatric hospital Broadmoor. We heard about the facilities and modernisation of the hospital and Richard's direct interactions with patients including Reggie Kray and Peter Sutcliffe. Richard also had contact with Jimmy Saville who was closely associated with the hospital for over thirty years and abused his position of trust there.

Members have been supporting the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal in Sainsburys Truro.
