Our "Green team" held a carboot sale in July and raised some money to fund seed bomb making kits. We then arranged a session with the Kea School Eco club, run by Ali Bevis, to make seed bombs in February. It was great fun and very messy, but the children loved it. A couple of weeks later the children planted the seed bombs in the school garden. Now we all look forward to the blooming of the flowers, hopefully in a riot of colours.
All photos were taken by staff at Kea School in line with safeguarding procedures. We also had some seed bombs left over, so the children were delighted to able to take some home with them and the staff at Kea School were very pleased with our involvement.

We were delighted to welcome Darren Tait and his team from "Cornwall and Devon Sends Love to Ukraine", to hear about their amazing work and the difference it makes to people and their communities in Ukraine. It was truly inspiring, humbling and heart wrenching. We were able to send them away with some donations for their upcoming trip on the 10th April... watch this space we will be doing lots more to support them. #sendinglovetoukraine #support
